Who handles your information
LiangaLokal is responsible for personal information handled by this marketplace. Lianga Lokal serves customers and sellers in Lianga, Surigao del Sur, Philippines. This page is our privacy notice for the website.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email, mobile number, account role, and sign-in information. Customer setup also requires a full Lianga address, saved privately in Settings. Passwords and email verification or recovery are handled through Supabase Authentication.
- Shopping and orders: saved products, delivery addresses, recipient names, phone numbers, order notes, purchased items, quantities, prices, fulfillment options, and order status. Payments currently happen in cash; checkout does not ask for card details.
- Shop details: business name, description, category, contact information, address, opening hours, delivery settings, Facebook link, logo, cover photos or designs, and product information or photos.
- Feedback and support: submitted ratings, comments, support messages, and replies.
- Technical information: sign-in cookies and device storage described in our Cookies & Storage notice. Hosting, authentication, and email providers may also process connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect their services.
Why we use it
We use account and order information to provide the services you request: creating accounts, signing you in, managing shops, saving products, fulfilling orders, providing receipts, and responding to support requests. Shop reports use completed order records to show sales and performance.
Access controls and account status checks help protect accounts and marketplace records. Processing needed for account and order services may be based on providing the requested service or fulfilling a contract; security and support processing may rely on legitimate interests where appropriate. Optional reviews are posted at your choice. If a new activity needs consent, it should have a separate, specific choice. Reading this notice or dismissing the cookie notice is not consent to advertising or unrelated use of your information.
Who can see it
- Sellers you order from receive the details needed for their order, including your name, contact number, purchased items, fulfillment address, and order note. Sellers can print that order's receipt or summary.
- Marketplace administrators can manage accounts, shops, products, and support requests within their access permissions.
- Website visitors can see published shop and product information, including shop contact details and addresses. Published reviews show your first name and last initial, rating, comment, and review dates. Keep private contact details out of reviews and public shop descriptions.
Sellers are responsible for how they handle information they receive to fulfill orders, including any printed copies.
Service providers and external links
Supabase provides authentication, database, and image storage. Our configured email service sends confirmation and password recovery messages. The deployment's hosting service delivers this website. These providers may process information outside the Philippines depending on their configuration.
If you choose Google sign-in, Google participates in authentication and provides account information required to sign you in. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a connection to Google's servers. Facebook shop links and the developer portfolio open external websites when you follow them; their privacy notices then apply.
How long records stay
Account, shop, order, review, and support records currently stay in the marketplace until the operator removes them. The app does not currently apply an automatic retention or deletion schedule to these records. Cookie and device-storage durations are listed on the Cookies & Storage page.
You can request a retention review or removal of your information. Some records may need to remain for an unresolved order, dispute, security issue, or applicable record-keeping obligation. We should explain any reason that prevents removal. Clearing your browser storage or signing out does not delete server-side records or receipts already printed by a seller.
Protecting your information
The app uses Supabase authentication and database access rules to limit access to account and marketplace records. Keep your password and email codes private, use a trusted device, and sign out on shared devices. Avoid including unnecessary personal information in order notes, reviews, or public shop fields.
Your rights and requests
Under Philippine data privacy law, applicable rights include being informed, accessing and correcting your information, objecting to certain processing, withdrawing consent where processing relies on consent, and requesting erasure or blocking when the legal conditions are met. Data portability and a complaint to the National Privacy Commission may also be available.
Profile and address information can be updated in customer Settings; sellers can update their shop details in My shop. Other requests need review by the marketplace operator. We may ask for enough information to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records.
Account holders can contact the marketplace operator through Help & support in their dashboard. Use the topic “Privacy request” and explain which information your request concerns.

Changes to this notice
The date above identifies this version. We will update this notice when the service or its data handling changes. Material changes should be brought to your attention, and any additional consent required for a new purpose should be requested separately.
